REFUND POLICY

Due to all of our garments being considered intimate apparel, no returns can be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damage must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Please send your name and order number to rnbcustomers@gmail.com in the case that you receive an order that is damaged.

 

Exchanges 
Exchanges will not be accepted for our intimate apparel. Please utilize our size chart as well as tips next to model photos on our site to determine which size is going to be the best option for you.

 

Refunds 
Due to all of our garments being considered intimate apparel, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
